About Me
Hello, My name is Nathalie and I am a travel nurse. BORING. Yes, that’s my name and yes that’s what I do, but what I really want to say is….that I LOVE TO TRAVEL!!! I am at the amazing age of 34 and I truly love to travel and create a life that I enjoy! I engage in irregular physical activity, which includes yoga and training to run. In life, I have learned that each day is a blessing that is meant to be enjoyed, everyone and everything in life can be a lesson, therefore make it your goal to live your best life!
As a Nurse
I graduated with my BSN in 2010 and started my career as an ICU nurse shortly after graduation. In 2012, I started feeling burnt out which aided my decision to transition to a Labor and Delivery nurse. Unfortunately, the burnout crept its little head in AGAIN!! At that point, I began my “two weeks’” notice of research on travel nursing. In August 2014, I accepted my first travel nurse assignment in Miami, Florida and have not looked back!!
As a Globetrotter
According to my mother, I was around the tender age of 4 or 5, when I boarded my first plane to my parent’s homeland, of Haiti. Growing up as a family of six, our adventures included Paris, St. Maarten and domestic travel within the United States.
As an adult, well, just wait and see where I have been and where I will go as a globetrotting nurse…
Traveling – it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.
